We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Design/Lead Engineer to spearhead the design and development of interior systems. This role demands a strong technical background in automotive interiors, proficiency in CATIA, and a proven ability to lead projects from concept to production. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering innovative and high-quality interior solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of interior components and systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of all interior elements according to the overall project schedule and milestones.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and elevate critical design and engineering issues related to interior systems to relevant management and chief engineers.
• Adhere strictly to vehicle specification books, feature lists, and Color, Material, Finish (CMF) specifications throughout the interior design process.
• Establish and maintain common standards and templates for technical specifications, Design Verification Plans (DVP), and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DFMEA) for interior systems, organizing regular technical reviews.
