Job summary

You will be responsible for client requirement analysis, SOP/BOM creation, automation part selection, GD&T, sheet metal design, NPD, and project documentation, with cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical design of Special Purpose Machines and gear-based systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, and shaft analysis.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate into design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and translate into mechanical designs.
• Create SOPs and BOMs for assemblies.
• Select automation components and validate with cross-team.
• Perform sheet metal design and equipment sizing.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
