Job summary

Trion Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced MEP drafter to handle load estimation, design basis reporting, space planning, and plumbing system design for diverse projects including hotels, hospitals, IT fit-outs, and residential buildings.

You will prepare 2D water supply and drainage drawings, schematic and single-line diagrams, and leverage AutoCAD as a core tool. Revit MEP is a valued plus, with MS Office proficiency essential for documentation and coordination.

Qualifications

• 7-10 yrs experience in building services drafting.
• Experience in hotels / hospitals / office buildings / IT fit-outs / Apartments / Industries / Residential / Commercial buildings.
• Mandatory: Auto CAD, Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements and prepare Load Estimate, Design Basis Report, space planning, and plumbing systems design (sanitary fixtures, STP).
• Produce 2D drawings: water supply & drainage, schematic/single line drawings.
