Job summary

K Raheja Constructions in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Plumbing Draftsman with 5+ years of experience to join the architectural/MEP team. You will prepare detailed plumbing layouts, sections and coordinated service drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, and read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

The role requires knowledge of water supply, drainage and related systems, adherence to codes, and the ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve drawing issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing drafting and detailing.
• Strong ability to prepare detailed plumbing layouts, working drawings, sections and schematics using AutoCAD/REVIT.
• Read, understand and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate plumbing drawings with architectural, structural and other MEP services.

• Should be proficient in latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit and familiar with modern drafting practices.
• Ability to work independently and handle challenging, time-bound assignments with accuracy and minimum supervision and good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or ITI / Diploma / Certification in AutoCAD Drafting from a recognized institute.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing drafting and detailing.

• Experience in preparing plumbing drawings for large residential/ commercial buildings, hotels, malls, IT parks and other large-scale projects will be preferred.
