Job summary

Arkie Atelier Design India [P] Ltd in Chennai seeks an experienced Engineer to design and review water supply, drainage, and waste systems for buildings, including pipe and equipment selection.

Role

Design and review water supply, drainage, and waste systems, including pipe and equipment selection for potable water, sanitary drainage, and storm water.

Coordinate with project teams to integrate systems and provide technical support throughout all project phases.

Prepare design drawings, specifications, schedules, and ensure compliance with building and fire codes.

Perform technical calculations, simulations, and prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and select efficient, durable fixtures and fire protection systems.

Other duties as required by the management which is reasonably within the scope of this role.
