Job summary

Tata Communications in India is seeking a field operations professional to manage fiber deployment, construction, and FTTH last‑mile connectivity. You will ensure compliance with customer construction specs and perform acceptance testing with a first‑time‑right mindset.

The role involves preparing MIS reports for Circles and Corporate, daily rollout progress, weekly reviews, and coordinating with regional field resources to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiber deployment projects for last mile/FTTH.
• Proficient in preparing MIS reports and progress updates.
• Ability to coordinate field resources region-wise and manage meetings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Fiber deployment/Construction and last miles/FTTH connectivity
• Acceptance Testing, First Time Right approach.
• Adhere work as per customer Construction specifications and timely approval of deviations from customer to avoid penalties.
• MIS Reports as desired by management at Circles & Corporate level
• Daily Progress Report of Rollout project
• Preparing weekly review PPT
• PR/PO Tracking
• Coordinating with Field resources region wise on a regular basis for smooth running of project
• Preparing MIS report Daily, Monthly & Weekly basis
• Material Reconciliation
• Meetings and Online calls management
