Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Pune, India is seeking an Order Management Specialist to handle the full order lifecycle, from entry to delivery, in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with SAP, SAP HANA and Salesforce SFDC, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to keep customers satisfied.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential, with prior experience in global customer operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, SAP HANA, and Salesforce (SFDC).


• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting North America or global customers in a night-shift environment.
