Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an experienced Data & Analytics leader to define and deploy analytics strategies across the organization. You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into data-driven initiatives.

Lead a team of analysts, engineers, and data scientists, drive KPI development, governance, and training to maximize the value of data assets and enable informed decision making across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or other technical/analytical subject area.
• 5+ years of experience with data and analytics solutions.
• 2+ years of experience deploying digital solutions.
• Expert in using visualization tool such as Power BI or other similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement analytics and reporting solutions enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to create and implement data strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists on analytics projects including AI/ML solutions.
• Understand data and analytics needs across functions and deploy solutions accordingly.
• Manage data and analytics projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resources.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure impact of analytics solutions.
• Provide training and education to staff to effectively use data and analytics tools.
• Work with analytics leaders, governance, IT, and site users to deploy data & analytics solutions.
• Prioritize work, schedule tasks, and communicate commitments to business partners.
• Communicate the impact of changes in standards, processes, and data quality.

• Defining and implementing analytics and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement data strategies that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Partner with a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to execute data and analytics projects including AI/ML solutions as applicable.
• Collaborating with various functions and stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and deploy solutions accordingly.
• Manage data and analytics projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of data and analytics solutions.
• Training and Education: Providing training and education to the organization to ensure that staff can effectively use data and analytics tools.
• Work with Analytics leaders, Data Governance leaders, Data Analysts, IT teams, Data Stewards, Developers, Data Quality COE and Site users/super-users to deploy data & analytics solutions.
• Facilitate the prioritization of work, scheduling and assignment of work as well as the communication of commitments and status to business/ functional partners.
• Communicate the impact to the business of changes in standards, processes, and data quality.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or other technical/analytical subject area
• 5+ years of experience with data and analytics solutions
• 2+ years of experience deploying digital solutions.
• Expert in using visualization tool such as Power BI or other similar tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Understanding of impact of Data on operation excellence, customer experience and ability to look for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Experience with large-scale data analytics and governance initiatives.
• Ability to deal with complex situations or ambiguous problems without guidance or supervision while aligning interests of multiple constituents.
• Ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams without a direct reporting relationship.
• Demonstrated record of on-time and on-budget project and/or program management execution.
