The role requires hands-on operational ownership, people leadership, process discipline, and the ability to influence across a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three SKU Operations Specialists responsible for end-to-end SKU lifecycle execution, including creation, extension, inactivation/phase-out, reactivation, and related material master data changes.
  • Serve as a player / coach by personally handling complex, high-priority, or escalated SKU Operations requests while ensuring the team delivers day-to-day execution with quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Act as the operational leader and escalation point for Offering Managers, MDM, and cross-functional action owners; clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and drive timely completion of required steps.
  • Manage team workload, priorities, SLAs, and operating cadences; monitor open requests, aging, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure committed timelines and operational targets are met.
  • Establish and reinforce standard work, governance routines, templates, documentation, and quality checks to improve first-time-right submissions and reduce rework.
  • Provide regular performance visibility through dashboards, KPI reviews, status updates, and root-cause analysis of recurring issues, trends, and process gaps.
  • Build capability across the team and Offering Management community through coaching, training, office hours, and practical guidance on SKU Operations processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve handoffs, strengthen data quality, and enhance stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain strong communication across time zones and functions; ensure stakeholders understand status, decisions needed, risks, and next steps.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Master Data, Supply Chain/Operations, Offering/Portfolio Operations, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or supervise a small team, including workload management, prioritization, performance feedback, and capability development.
  • Strong working knowledge of SKU lifecycle processes, ERP/master data concepts, governance workflows, and cross-functional execution dependencies.
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional workflows and driving closure of action items across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs, service levels, aging reports, and data quality trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear executive-Ready updates and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership in a fast-pace, matrixed environment.
We Value
  • Prior people leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience in an operations, master data, supply chain, or portfolio management environment.
  • Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems, master data workflows, and change request mechanisms.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent, and comfort using data to manage performance and prioritize work.
