Job summary

Dr Veda is seeking a highly creative Writer & Producer to craft performance-driven video ads that stop the scroll and convert.

You’ll own the creative process end-to-end—from insight discovery and scripting to production and optimization—working with editors and creators to deliver measurable results at scale in Delhi.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in performance creative or related role.
• Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to write high-converting video ad scripts.
• Experience producing short-form video content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer insights that can be turned into winning ad concepts.
• Write short-form video scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube & other performance channels.
• Develop hooks that capture attention within the first seconds.

• Collaborate with video editors to create multiple creative variations.

We’re looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Writer & Producer to create high-converting video ads for Dr. Veda.

This is not a traditional content or brand marketing role.

You’ll be responsible for creating performance creatives that stop the scroll, communicate the right message, and drive measurable business results.

You’ll own the creative process end-to-end — from finding customer insights and writing scripts to producing ads, working with creators & editors, and continuously improving creatives based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, content production, digital advertising, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of direct-response & performance marketing
• Proven ability to write high-converting video ad scripts
• Experience producing short-form video content for digital platforms
• Someone who thinks beyond “good content” and understands what makes people stop, watch, click & buy
• Strong creative instincts combined with a data-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In

• D2C or consumer internet brands
• Skincare, health, wellness, beauty or personal care
• UGC & creator-led advertising
• Scaling creatives through testing, iteration and performance data
