Job summary

Yugen Consultting is seeking a Senior Manager - Content to lead and scale content efforts across multiple client brands and internal initiatives. You will drive strategy, execution, and performance, collaborating with the Founder, design, performance teams, and clients to deliver world-class content outputs.

You will manage content strategists, writers, and freelancers, plan roadmaps, oversee quality, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand voice across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Translate business and marketing objectives into high-impact content strategies for multiple brands.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps across social, SEO, performance, and brand campaigns.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
• Content Execution & Quality Control: Oversee day-to-day execution across social media content, campaign content, SEO blogs & website content, thought leadership & founder branding.
• Content Execution & Quality Control: Review, edit, and approve content to maintain high creative and editorial standards.
• Content Execution & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to timelines, briefs, and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
