Job summary

IQRA Digital Solutions in Navi Mumbai seeks a Senior Content Writer to own content across LinkedIn, blog, and website, driving organic growth, engagement, and conversions for both B2C ecommerce and B2B lead generation.

You will develop captions, website content, blogs, and landing pages with a strategic voice, backed by research, and collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to deliver high-converting content.

• Experience in content strategy and management to plan, structure, and maintain scalable website content.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write optimized copy for search engines and conversions.
• Excellent command of written English, with attention to detail, clarity, grammar, and brand tone.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Navi Mumbai and engaging in client or internal review discussions as needed.
• Preferred: experience in e-commerce or performance marketing environments.

• Research and write long-form blog articles (approx 1000 words) optimized for search
• Craft homepage and collection page copy that communicates value instantly
• Understand long sales cycles and write content that nurtures at each stage

You'll own content across our LinkedIn presence, blog, and website, with a direct mandate to drive organic growth, engagement, and conversions across both B2C ecommerce and B2B lead generation.

Responsibility & Deliverables

• Develop Caption and Creative Brief for Social Media Content
• Develop Content Structure for Ecom and B2B Website
• Develop Content for Blogs & Landing Pages with high conversion rates

Tasks & Activities

• Write and schedule daily/weekly LinkedIn posts that build brand authority and drive engagement
• Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and industry moments
• Analyse post performance and iterate based on data (impressions, engagement rate, CTR)
• Build a consistent brand voice that resonates with target customer audiences for the client
• Research and write long-form blog articles (approx 1000 words) optimized for search
• Conduct keyword research and map content to the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → decision)
• Maintain a publishing cadence of 4–8 articles/month Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts, email snippets, and social carousels
• Craft homepage and collection page copy that communicates value instantly
• A/B test headline and CTA copy to improve conversion rates
• Understand customer psychology — speak to emotions, not just features
• Write service pages, case studies, and landing pages targeted at business buyers
• Develop lead magnets (whitepapers, guides, checklists) that capture qualified leads
• Create conversion-focused copy for contact pages, forms, and CTAs
• Understand long sales cycles and write content that nurtures at each stage

Eligibility Criteria

• Solid Research skills to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends and apply insights to content.
• Strong web-focused writing abilities, including Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with a portfolio of digital work.
• Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, structure, and maintain scalable website content
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write optimized copy for search engines and conversions.
• Excellent command of written English, with attention to detail, clarity, grammar, and brand tone.
