We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in leading large-scale complex projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with clients, understand their business processes, requirements, pain points, and objectives to effectively execute projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Project Management:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project goals and develop a detailed roadmap, incorporating early design validations.
• 2. Requirements Analysis:
  • Lead dynamic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
  • Apply user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
  • Produce detailed user stories and process flows to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for iterative feedback and solution refinement.
  • Formulate and test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews of test cases to secure early approval, setting a strong foundation for UAT scripts.
• 3. Solution Design:
  • Proficiently designing an architecture and functionality to meet business requirements with a focus on user centric design.
• 4. Solution Configuration and Development:
  • Lead configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform based on the requirements to provide an optimal user experience.
  • Lead the data migration process from legacy systems to Salesforce, collaborating closely with project teams and data analysts to ensure a smooth transition.
• 5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Validate functionalities against business requirements through test scenario execution.
  • Conduct thorough post-migration audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data. Work with business users to identify any issues and coordinate with technical teams to rectify discrepancies.
  • Conducting and leading unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
  • Execute UAT with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications.
• 6. Deployment, Transition, and Documentation:
  • Responsible for functional configuration deployment and data migration.
  • Create documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
  • Lead adoption through customized training programs, supporting post Go-Live plans for enhanced utilization of new processes and technology.
• 7. Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:
  • Provide ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.
  • Continuously collect user feedback to evaluate solution impact and identify improvement areas.
• 8. Organization Development:
  • Mentorship and Guidance:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to the project, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
  • Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
    • Lead continuous improvement of Salesforce development processes and procedures.
    • Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects in the region per the need.
    • Support the HR team in performance documentation of project team members.
    • Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)
    • Contribute to the development of COE with relevant deliverables and assets.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.
    • Required to travel for key project milestones.
    • Maintain utilization goals.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years of experience in a functional role within the IT consulting industry, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce.
• Proficient in designing and implementing functional solutions, workflows, and : processes that meet client requirements and objectives.
• Proficient in facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts via workshops, interviews, and business process review sessions.
• Proficient in creating documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
• Proficient in data management concepts and best practices for importing, exporting, and managing data.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, particularly in functional consulting, solution design, business process mapping, or implementation.
• Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate Salesforce solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving.
• Bachelors degree and above is desirable.
