Job summary

InspireXT is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer in Pune with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. The role focuses on Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, integrating cloud solutions with external systems, and delivering scalable Salesforce projects.

You will work closely with business units to translate requirements into technical designs, implement data migrations, and ensure best practices for deployment and testing.

Qualifications

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Senior Developer with specialized expertise in Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer engagement across marketing, sales, and service processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, along with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions that drive customer success.

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate campaigns, manage customer journeys, and leverage segmentation for personalized marketing experiences.
• Develop and manage email templates, email campaigns, and automation workflows in Marketing Cloud.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems for seamless data flow.
• Design and implement solutions for sales teams, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales processes and create solutions that improve sales performance and pipeline management.
• Implement and optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within Sales Cloud.
• Work with external systems and APIs to integrate Salesforce with third‑party tools (e.g., ERP, external marketing platforms, analytics tools).
• Implement Salesforce Data Loader and other data migration tools to manage data import/export activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, training, and knowledge‑sharing activities to improve the team’s overall capability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure uptime and optimal performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD I) mandatory.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in designing and deploying solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices within these clouds.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus.
• Additional Salesforce certifications in other relevant areas a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data migration strategies.
• Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, and delivering features in an iterative manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
