Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking an ambitious Business Development professional in Indore to source new bank customers for Current Accounts, Trade and Forex services and drive revenue through fee-based activities.

You will perform daily calls to high-value clients, attract customers for Trade and Forex offerings, and maintain relationships with Trade transactions within three months while generating sustained value for the bank.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a competitive environment with high standards.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development in branch banking.

Responsibilities

• Source new to Bank customers for Current Accounts, Trade and Forex services to generate fee revenue.
• Make daily sales calls to potential high-value Current Accounts customers.
• Attract customers for Trade and Forex services to generate revenue.
• Maintain and activate customers for Trade transactions within T+3 months to create value and revenue.
• Enter and update daily calls in the lead management system.
• Cross-sell assets via business banking, LAP, Home Loan and business loan.

• Attract potential customers for Trade & Forex services thus generating fee based revenue.
• Maintaining & activating customers for Trade transactions within T + 3 months thereby generating value & revenue.
• Enter and update all daily calls made in lead management system
• Cross-selling asset via business banking, loan against property, Home Loan and business loan.
