Job summary

Winwire Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr Business Analyst/ Product Manager to drive end-to-end product delivery. You will partner with the Product Head and Engineering to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and features, prioritise the roadmap, and coordinate agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance business value with technical feasibility across diverse domains.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product management and requirement management.
• Experience with EDRM domain knowledge is a plus.

Job Description :

• 4+ years in Product Management
• 4+ years in Stakeholder Management
• 8+ years in , Requirement Management
• 4+ years in Agile Product Delivery
• 4+ years’ experience with Agile/Scrum practices & tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Basic technical understanding of product architecture and APIs
• Good to have EDRM domain knowledge
• The Product Management team is looking for Product Manager/s to help build and deliver innovative software solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with the Product Head, Engineering team and support customers. You will also be responsible for –
  a. Listen to Customer/s, understand, and gather their perspective.
  b. Identify and drive organization-level outcomes
  c. Gather requirements and prioritize the same based on Business benefits and Product Roadmap
  d. Coordinate with Engg. team for feature development with functional testing
  e. Communicate the progress through clear leading indicators.
