Job summary

Aspire Talent Innovations in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to Product Management. The candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, contribute to product strategy, and help deliver features in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating BRDs/FRDs, supporting roadmaps, and analyzing data to drive decisions. 2–4 years of BA experience and aviation domain knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Product Management Support
