Job summary

Weekday (YC W21) seeks a Senior Power BI Architect to lead enterprise BI design and delivery from Bengaluru. You will architect end-to-end BI platforms, manage data modeling, governance, and performance, and collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

You will champion AI-enabled analytics, mentor BI teams, and guide stakeholders in translating business requirements into insightful reports and dashboards across large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, semantic layers, and SQL.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale BI transformation and modernization programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure data and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience with large-scale deployments of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Strong governance, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
