Kavi India is seeking a highly experienced Senior Power BI Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Power BI solutions across the enterprise. You will bring advanced knowledge in data architecture, Azure BI stack integration, and enterprise-scale reporting solutions.

The role requires architecture ownership, stakeholder engagement, and technical mentorship across multiple teams, with a focus on performance, security, and scalable analytics across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Power BI Architecture.
• Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Composite Models)
• SQL & Data Modelling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Normalization)
• Power BI Governance and Security best practices

Responsibilities

• Architect Enterprise BI Solutions: Design and implement scalable Power BI architecture across complex enterprise environments.
• Data Architecture Leadership: Lead semantic models, data transformations, and optimized DAX across large data sets.
• Power BI Governance: Define and implement governance strategy, workspace management, lifecycle, monitoring, version control, security protocols.
• Azure Ecosystem Integration: Architect BI solutions with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Purview.
• Enterprise Data Strategy: Contribute to modelling standards, metadata, data quality, and master data strategies.
• Mentorship & Enablement: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers, analysts, and business users; establish enterprise standards.
• Performance & Scalability: Tune Power BI models, datasets, and reports for enterprise-scale usage.
