Job summary

Weekday in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Power BI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale BI and analytics solutions. You will architect end-to-end BI platforms, including data integration, semantic modeling, governance, and performance optimization.

You will collaborate with data engineers and cloud architects to build scalable, secure analytics platforms and mentor BI teams, driving AI-enabled insights and executive decision support.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, semantic layers, and SQL.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale BI transformation and modernization programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure data and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience deploying BI platforms at scale such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Strong understanding of analytics governance, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
