Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring for a Sr. Associate - SCM - Logistics Support to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, document SOPs, and maintain accurate data for material movements.

You will generate insights from historical data, develop dashboards for warehouse management, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in business, engineering, logistics or supply chain management; Master's in operations management.
• Experience with blueYonder, JDA, WMS, Oracle DB, and ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receipt and dispatch.
• Support documentation and SOPs for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Use client tools to create, update, and maintain warehouse movement data.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor operations, identify issues, and implement resolutions.
• Analyze historical warehouse data, cleanse datasets, and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for warehouse management processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding operations and data.
