Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - SCM - Logistics Support in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, data management, and analytics. Candidates should have strong SCM knowledge, relevant degrees, and professional certifications, with hybrid work in India and English proficiency required for client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics or SCM.
• Masters in operations management is preferred.
• CSCP and CLT certifications add value.
• Experience with warehouse operations and data analysis is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage end-to-end warehouse operations including picking, packing, receipt and dispatch.
• Support documentation and SOPs for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Use client tools to create, update and maintain accurate warehouse data for material movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor daily operations, identify issues and resolve them.
• Analyze historical warehouse data, cleanse datasets and generate insights to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for warehouse management with data accuracy.

• Support documentation and standard operating procedures for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Utilize client technology tools to create, update, and maintain accurate warehouse data for material movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor daily operations, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Analyze historical warehouse data, cleanse datasets, and generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for warehouse management processes, ensuring data accuracy and validity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding warehouse operations, data analysis, and issue resolution.
