Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or engineering.
• Experience in warehouse operations and data analysis.
• Exposure to client communications and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receipt and dispatch.
• Support documentation and SOPs for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Use client tools to create, update and maintain warehouse data for material movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor daily operations and resolve issues.
• Analyse historical warehouse data, cleanse datasets, and derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for warehouse management, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders about operations, data analysis and issues.
