Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager in Supply Chain - Procurement to lead procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimization. The role emphasizes BPM, category management, and data-driven decision-making within a hybrid work setup in India.

The position requires handling complex supplier negotiations, risk governance, and strategic sourcing, with opportunities to leverage Generative AI to streamline sourcing and procurement operations. This is a night shift in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, or finance; MBA or analytics preferred.
• Certifications in supply management or CSCP/CPM recommended.
• Experience with BPM, procurement analytics, and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in data literacy and drafting supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and sourcing activities with a focus on cost and risk management.
• Lead supplier management and strategic sourcing initiatives across categories.
• Drive governance, policy compliance and procurement analytics to improve efficiency.
