Job Description

• Understand your client group, peer set and the industry.
• Develop an understanding of products and tools, and gather and analyse data at an account, campaign and industry level.
• Manage and monitor account growth through implementing campaign solutions.
• Optimize buying and identify pockets of maximum opportunity.
• Constant communication & coordination internally within teams.
• Strategize and ideate with multiple internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities and increase revenue streams from existing publishers.
• Maintain and operate day‑to‑day campaign spends.
• Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI.
• Assist with campaign technical implementation and support troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Have 2 years of relevant digital campaign/ performance management experience.
• Have the ability to operate strategically and analytically, to understand client needs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to inculcate a culture of learning by sharing.
• Have the ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners and work effectively with global teams.
• Have the ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently.
• Have the ability to work proactively and manage accounts, deliverables and key objectives.
• Have familiarity with Internet search industry preferred.
• Be tech inclined and open to working with a team of developers to identify and convey unique requirements from all publishers.
• Have experience in Online Media (mandatory)
