Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A (Accounts Payable) to review and process invoices, validate supplier details and PO data, and release payments on time. You will follow AP guidelines, resolve invoice issues, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance.

The role requires a background in accounting/finance, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and readiness for a full-time on-site position in Hyderabad. Night shift (India) is noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable processing, invoice validation, and payment cycles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant accounting/finance fields.
• Ability to adhere to AP guidelines and internal compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Validate supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number and date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues as per AP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to reduce helpdesk queries and drive process improvements.
