Genpact in Bengaluru is hiring a Sr. Associate - F&A (AP) to review and process invoices, validate supplier details, PO, bank accounts, and invoice dates, ensuring timely payments.

You will release invoices for payment, follow up on requisitions, and support process improvements while adhering to internal compliance policies. The role requires accounting-related degrees and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance or masters in finance.
• Professional certifications in AP/finance are highly desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and invoice lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Review and process invoices with resolutions and verify supplier details.
• Validate PO, bank account, invoice number/date for validity.
• Release invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up requisitions via calls, emails or tickets to resolve invoice issues.
• Suggest process improvements and adhere to internal compliance.
