Job summary

Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking a Design Architect / Architectural Draughtsman with 2-4 years of experience for a full-time role in Mumbai.

The architect will handle architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, and project coordination to ensure seamless construction execution. Ideal candidates have experience with architects/PMC, redevelopment procedures, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in architecture/design environment preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Planning and designing in AutoCAD; preparing municipal drawings.
• Measuring flat areas from BMC approved plans and redrawing in AutoCAD.
• Preparing project/feasibility reports with architectural team/CEO/MD.
• Presenting plans and feasibility to society/clients.
• Reporting on project progress.

Urgently required Design Architect / Architectural Draughtsman with 2-4 years of experience

This is a full-time role for a Architect (Senior or Junior) at Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd.

Architect will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3d renders, design & project co-ordination and ensuring seamless execution of construction projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Architect/ PMC with knowledge of society redevelopment, knowledge of redevelopment related procedures and processes, and experience in working with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe, massing in Sketchup, etc.

Job Description

1. Planning & Designing in Auto Cad, Preparing municipal drawings
2. Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad
3. Preparation of Project Reports / Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the architectural team/ CEO/MD
4. Presentations of Plans & feasibilities to Society/ Clients.
5. Reporting on Progress of project
6. Experience in Reading Property Documents / Land records etc. required in redevelopment
7. Basic Understanding of Legal Documents / Title Documents etc.
8. Preparing & Finalizing Project Tender & BOQ.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Project Management experience
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Real Estate Industry experience 2 years (Preferred)
