Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Developer in Pune with 6–10 years of hands-on experience. You will design, develop and support complex PeopleSoft ERP technical solutions, focusing on performance optimization, integrations, and application customization.

You will work closely with functional teams, perform code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions while adhering to SDLC and Agile practices in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR and Oracle SQL.
• Experience with Integration Broker, Web Services and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft development tools, integrations, application customization, and Oracle databases, with the ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom PeopleSoft applications and technical solutions.

• Participate in ERP enhancement, upgrade, migration, and maintenance projects.

• Support testing activities, deployment processes, and post-production stabilization efforts.
