Job summary

Persistent in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai seeks an experienced Workday/PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead enterprise HR/Finance platform upgrades and ensure availability, security, and performance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage SIT/UAT, deployment, and cutover, and drive governance, risk, and budgeting. Hybrid work in India is supported.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project management for enterprise HR/finance platforms.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PeopleTools.
• Full-time employment availability in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools upgrade initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, risk logs, and issue management processes.
• Coordinate project activities across business, HR, finance, infrastructure, security, and application teams. Manage PeopleTools upgrades, system testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate migration activities across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Oversee retrofitting, customization analysis, and impact assessments.
• Ensure successful application of PeopleSoft Image updates and selective adoption processes.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Project manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in administering, supporting, and optimizing enterprise Workday HCM and Financial Management platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and operational stability of Workday environments while supporting business-critical HR and Finance processes.
