Job summary

NAB India is seeking a Sr Analyst (Java Full Stack, Identity Engineering) to join our engineering teams at DLF Downtown. This permanent role focuses on building scalable microservices and enterprise identity solutions to deliver secure, high-availability services across NAB platforms.

You’ll develop Java/Spring Boot back-ends and React/Angular front-ends, deploy in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable identity services for NAB

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Three-plus years of Spring Boot development experience.
• Three-plus years of front-end experience with React or Angular.
• Minimum three years of full stack development experience.
• Two-plus years of cloud technologies experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices and enterprise applications.
• Build new functionality and enhancements for the myID platform.
• Develop, test and deploy solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

• You have limited hands‑on Java development experience.
• You have not worked on microservices-based applications.
• You have no production support experience.
• You prefer purely front‑end or purely back‑end development roles.
• You are not comfortable participating in operational support activities and on‑call rotations.

Engineering & Development

• Design and develop scalable microservices and enterprise applications.
• Build new functionality and enhancements for the myID platform.
• Develop, test and deploy solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

Identity & Access Management

• Support identity lifecycle and access management processes.
• Facilitate access provisioning and identity‑related service requests.
• Ensure access requests are delivered within agreed service levels.
• Improve operational effectiveness through automation and process optimisation.

Platform Support

• Monitor, maintain and support the myID platform.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Participate in on‑call support as required.
• Drive improvements to performance, reliability and scalability.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities.
• Improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen identity engineering capabilities.
