Job summary

National Australia Bank (NAB) invites experienced engineers to join the identity engineering team working on the myID platform. You will design and develop scalable microservices, implement new features and enhancements, and participate in architecture reviews to improve performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end development, automation, and on‑call readiness, with a focus on security, identity management, and platform stability within NAB’s enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Java experience with 5+ years.
• Spring Boot experience with 3+ years.
• React or Angular experience with 3+ years.
• Full stack development experience with at least 3 years.
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP) with a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices and enterprise applications.
• Build new functionality and enhancements for the myID platform.
• Develop, test and deploy solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Support identity lifecycle and access management processes.
• Monitor, maintain and support the myID platform.
• Investigate and resolve production issues and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Drive improvements to performance, reliability and scalability.
