Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a proactive Business Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in the insurance domain to bridge business and technology teams and support policy lifecycle operations and PAS enhancements.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure successful PAS deployments and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the insurance domain.
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire Policy Center, Duck Creek, Majesco or similar.
• Understanding of the full policy lifecycle: quote, bind, issue, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Experience writing business and functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for insurance products and processes.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Assist in creating test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide support during system rollout and post-implementation phases.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams to support insurance policy lifecycle operations and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for insurance products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners to design solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support implementation and configuration of Policy Administration Systems such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire Policy Center, Duck Creek, Majesco, or other equivalent platforms.
• Analyse current workflows and processes and recommend improvements or system changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, Insurance, or a related field.
• Insurance certifications (e.g. , LOMA, AINS, CPCU) or Business Analysis certifications (e.g. , CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
• Exposure to system integration projects, APIs, or digital transformation in insurance.
