Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in the insurance domain , with hands-on experience in one or more Policy Administration Systems (PAS) . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams to support insurance policy lifecycle operations and system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for insurance products and processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners to design solutions aligned with business needs.Support implementation and configuration of Policy Administration Systems such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire Policy Center, Duck Creek, Majesco, or other equivalent platforms .Analyse current workflows and processes and recommend improvements or system changes.Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documents.Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Assist in creating test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Provide support during system rollout and post-implementation phases.Required Skills and Qualifications:4 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst , with at least 2 years in the insurance domain .Working knowledge of at least one Policy Administration System (PAS) such as Integral, Life/400, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.Understanding of the full policy lifecycle —quote, bind, issue, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in writing business and functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence , or equivalents.Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Insurance, or a related field.Insurance certifications (e.g., LOMA, AINS, CPCU) or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.Exposure to system integration projects, APIs, or digital transformation in insurance.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
