Job summary

Aiden AI in India, Telangana, is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong Insurance domain experience to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process-flow documentation, coordinate with development and QA, and support UAT and traceability. 10+ years of BA experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
