Qualifications

• Experience documenting procedures or supporting training programs.

• Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape project goals, resolve obstacles, and deliver high-quality solutions
• Build and maintain basic solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, e.g., Power Apps and Power Automate
• Manage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured data
• Assist with process improvements and workflow automation
• Support training documentation, curriculums, and learning materials
• Help track and report on training and operational metrics
