Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks an experienced Data Analyst to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and BI initiatives. You will gather, analyze, and visualize data from Dynamics 365 and related systems to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, data analytics, business analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data from Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and Dataverse.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.
• Gather and document business reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and analytical models to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Power Query, and Power Platform tools.
• Build automated reporting solutions using Power Automate and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from Dynamics 365 and related systems to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.
• Gather and document business reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and analytical models to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong expertise in:
