Job Description:Training, E-Learning, & Management SupportWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious individual to support internal teams by improving processes, managing data, and assisting with learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 and other business tools. The technology landscape is evolving, so a willingness to learn new tools and apply them to everyday work is an important part of this role.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to support project goals and deliver quality workBuild and maintain basic solutions using available business tools, such as forms, workflows, lists, and simple automationsManage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured dataAssist with process improvements and basic workflow automationSupport the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar toolsContribute to the development of training documentation, curricula, and learning materials.Help track and report on training and operational metricsTroubleshoot basic issues and escalate when neededDocument processes, solutions, and support information to help with knowledge sharingExplore and become familiar with new tools and technologies as they are introducedMindset & Working StyleBrings a strong learning mindset and curiosity about new tools, processes, and technologiesConfident tackling unfamiliar situations and applying structured, logical thinking to work through challengesDemonstrates developing analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-driven learner with the confidence to troubleshoot basic issues and ask the right questions when something is unclearComfortable receiving direction and feedback while gradually taking on more independent workQualificationsRequired1–3 years of work experience in a related roleExperience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platformsStrong organization, problem-solving, and written communication skillsProficiency in using AI tools and other emerging technologies within a professional environmentAbility to learn new tools and apply them to assigned tasksPreferredBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExposure to low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, or similar technologiesExperience documenting procedures or supporting training programsBackground in supporting or maintaining business reports or dashboardsAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
