Title: IT Business Analyst – (Sharepoint & Powerapps)

Experience: 4+ years

Role overview

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented IT Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across corporate functions.

This role requires a strong mix of business analysis skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint & Power Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Legal, Communications, and other corporate teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), workflows, BRDs, and functional specifications
• Design and support implementation of solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Work closely with developers and power users to build and test solutions
• Support UAT and ensure smooth user adoption
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance standards
• Document integration requirements and optimize configurations

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience working with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Communications)
• Hands-on exposure to low-code/no-code platforms
