Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Training, E-Learning, & Management Support specialist to help optimize internal processes, manage data, and support learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and the Power Platform.

You will collaborate with teams, build simple Power Apps, automate workflows, manage SharePoint lists and libraries, and help document training programs while tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape project goals, resolve obstacles, and deliver high‑quality solutions
• Build and maintain basic solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, e.g., Power Apps and Power Automate
• Manage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured data
• Assist with process improvements and workflow automation
• Support training documentation, curriculums, and learning materials
• Help track and report on training and operational metrics
