Job summary

Qualys is seeking a highly motivated GTM Process Improvement Senior Analyst to scale and optimize our go-to-market operations. This role partners across Sales, Marketing, IT BizApps and others to identify tool and process inefficiencies, improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enable more effective revenue generation.

The ideal candidate combines analytical problem-solving, systems thinking and hands-on experience with modern GTM technologies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role.
• Experience supporting Demand Generation and lead management processes.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, including lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Salesforce data modelling, architecture & reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GTM processes to identify root causes of workflow inefficiencies, data quality issues, and bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance data hygiene, scalability, and performance.
• Optimize lead-to-revenue workflows across global Sales to improve efficiency and alignment.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure process effectiveness and outcomes.
• Document business requirements and support implementation of new processes and tools.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for GTM leadership and operations teams.
• Support user adoption and enablement of RevOps processes and best practices.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze GTM processes to identify root causes of workflow inefficiencies, data quality issues, and operational bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance data hygiene, scalability, and overall business performance.
• Optimize lead-to-revenue workflows across global Sales to improve efficiency, productivity, and cross-functional alignment.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase process effectiveness.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and support the implementation of new processes, systems, and tools.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights for GTM leadership and operational teams.
• Support user adoption and enablement of RevOps processes, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role.
• Experience supporting Demand Generation and lead management processes.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, including lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Salesforce expertise data modelling/ architecture & reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis (manipulating objects to get job done)
• Hands‑on experience with modern GTM technologies such as Gong, Clay, Zapier, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo or similar workflow automation and intelligence platforms.
