Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented insurance professional to support our US branch teams. You will act as the go-to point for policy renewals, ensuring timely delivery and high quality service for a portfolio of about 35 accounts.

You will manage documentation such as Census, SBC, SPD, and Carrier Proposals, apply US health insurance regulations, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines while minimising rework.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance domain with US health insurance regulations.
• Knowledge of carriers such as Aetna, BCBS and MetLife.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and delivering excellent service.
