Tct Ventures in Ahmedabad, Gujarat seeks an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, sales and purchase entries, and delivery documentation. You will ensure timely customer billing and maintain accurate records in Tally ERP.

The role requires strong attention to detail, regular bank reconciliations, aging reports, and collaboration with sales and dispatch teams to smooth billing. Prior experience with Tally ERP and fundamental accounting principles are essential.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage Delivery Challans and ensure proper documentation.
• Record and maintain accurate Sales and Purchase entries in Tally.
• Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain aging reports.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in Tally ERP.
• Perform regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth billing and documentation flow.
• Support in month-end closing and reporting processes
