Job summary

upGrad is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales in Chennai to drive enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs. You will be the first point of contact, qualify leads, and ensure seamless handover for Video Counselling (VC).

Responsibilities include outbound calling, lead qualification, consultative selling, scheduling VC sessions, collaborating with admission counsellors, and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in EdTech Inside Sales (Study Abroad preferred).
• Graduate (mandatory).
• Experience in a 6-day work week.

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Role Overview
