Job summary

MAIS India is seeking an engineer for SPM assembly production, focusing on reading and interpreting AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings and preparing General Arrangement assemblies for phonematic SPM machines. The role emphasizes design concept understanding, calculations, and parts selection to optimize products.

The candidate will generate manufacturing drawings and BOMs in MS Excel, targeting cost reductions and shorter manufacturing process times while coordinating with design, toolroom, and other

Qualifications

• Layout drawings reading on AutoCAD and Solid Works.
• Read and Understand Design concepts, Calculations, Analysis, Parts selection and determine the best product.
• Proficient in generating manufacturing drawing and BOM on MS Excel.
• Reduction in cost, designing and manufacturing process time.
• Coordinate with Machine Designing, Toolroom & Toolroom & another department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Machine Designing, Toolroom and other departments to align assembly processes.
• Prepare General Arrangement assembly drawings for Phonematic SPM Machines (Auto Assembly Machines).
• Read and interpret design concepts, perform calculations and select parts to optimize product design.
• Generate manufacturing drawings and BOMs using MS Excel to support production.
• Identify and reduce costs while improving manufacturing process times.
