Responsibilities/Expertise:
Strong knowledge in reviewing post‑closing documents for accuracy and compliance
Prepare Closing Disclosures (CD) including loan terms, interest rates, closing costs, and payment details
Coordinate with escrow/title companies to balance and update fees in the Closing Disclosure
Assemble complete CD packages, including the Closing Disclosure and all required compliance documentation; ensure thorough review prior to submission
Send CD packages to borrowers (Homeowner Review - HWR) for acknowledgment, signature, and return to proceed with closing
Prepare and deliver the final closing package to escrow/title companies, including documents such as Final Option Agreement, Closing Instructions, Final Settlement Statement, and other required disclosures
Manage and clear Prior-to‑Funding (PTF) conditions before disbursement, including updated verifications, final borrower signatures, and last‑minute compliance checks
Review funding packages received from escrow/title companies to ensure all executed documents are complete and all closing conditions have been satisfied
