Job summary

Privocorp is seeking a Senior Associate- CD Prep in Bengaluru, India, with immediate joiner availability. The role involves reviewing title commitments, CDs, and settlement statements, and coordinating with lenders, escrow officers, and underwriters to ensure conditions are met before funding.

You will manage the closing pipeline to meet SLAs, perform final package audits, and ensure compliance with US regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in US title/closing/settlement operations.
• Strong understanding of title commitments, liens, and clearing conditions.
• Hands-on experience with Closing Disclosure preparation/review.
• Familiarity with mortgage lifecycle (origination to post-closing).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
