Job summary

Thanal seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders across settings in Kerala. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will design individualized plans, document progress, and educate families while staying current with research and professional standards. Clinic-based work requires strong communication and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure and/or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred (where applicable).
• Clinical experience in hospital, school, clinic, rehabilitation center, or private practice.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
• Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and care planning.
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based practice at all times.
• Stay updated with current research, best practices, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

Qualification

BASLP/MASLP
