Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist to support children with ASD and other speech and language disorders. The role involves comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
- Conduct detailed evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations.
- Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, language, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Manage patients with neurological conditions, developmental delays, or post-surgical speech issues.
- Draft treatment plans, progress reports, and assessments.
- Counsel parents and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Work under the supervision of a senior speech therapist and collaborate with other professional team members.
Qualifications
Preferred Education
- Bachelor Degree (Science PCB, Commerce, etc.)
- BASLP – Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
- MASLP – Master of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
