Qualifications

• Knowledge and clinical experience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
• Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Strong observational, diagnostic, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients and caregivers.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and client-centered care.
• Prior experience in community-based or NGO settings is an advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Kollam.
